When working with children and families, I create a nutrition plan specifically catered to them. If they eat out, I’ll tell them how to eat healthy at restaurants, if they cook, I’ll share healthy recipes, etc.
I was a teacher, therefore I truly believe in educating the children on HOW to eat instead of WHAT to eat. Big difference!
I provide workout plans and nutrition plans for local families as well as families living across the country and I am absolutely willing to do the same for your family!
Your child and family will not be put on a diet, but simply taught how to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
I also do not believe in weighing children nor will I ask you to weigh yours. Children are supposed to grow…it’s their job. When they grow taller, they gain weight, it’s very simple. The last thing I want to happen is have your child panic (or possibly develop an eating disorder) if they see the numbers increase on the scale.
I simply want your children to be healthy. Are they active? Can they run and play without having a shortness in breath? Do they eat their fruits and vegetables? Do they consume a lot of fried foods?
What are you waiting for? The sooner, the better! The earlier you work with your children and family to create a healthy lifestyle, the easier it will be on everyone. You’ll be amazed at what can happen when you’re raising a healthy and active family!
